Paintings from Arba Minch, Ethiopia

Willow Wheelers are delighted to present a set of paintings from Arba Minch, Ethiopia.

Fr. Paddy Moran has worked with inmates of Arba Minch for many years and has run a number of education and other projects which are supported by the Willow Wheelers. One of his initiatives was to start art workshops in the prison to break the cycle of apathy among young inmates and spark a sense of hope and responsibility. Willow Wheelers visited Arba Minch Prison and have seen first hand the good work which flows from our support for these projects. The art workshops have been a very successful endeavour, so we have arranged for the sale of some of the paintings. All proceeds will go to the Willow Wheelers’ Mission Fund and then will go back into the projects including to support the inmates at Arba Minch. Please note paintings will be sold on first-come-first-served basis and note below some paintings are already marked as sold.
