It is a requirement that all adult Club members who cycle with student groups, on Sunday cycles or other Club events, complete the child protection vetting process (commonly known as Garda Vetting) for both Willow Park School and for Blackrock College. Adult members should complete the ‘vetting invitation’ forms available below and submit, with suitable proof of identity, to the reception of each school.
Once submitted the process is completed online following an invitation email, so please ensure you enter a valid email address.
With respect to the Child Protection Application Forms we suggest that the “Role Being Vetted For” should be completed to read: “Supervision of pupils in School Cycling Club”. On completion, the forms can be submitted to Willow Park and Blackrock College school, together with a copy passport (or alternative proof of identity with your photo) and a second form of personal identification (e.g. driving licence or Irish public services card). Please ensure that you print your email address clearly as it is esscential to the application that this is legible and correct.
