We have streamlined collection of the Willow Wheelers Club Membership from 2022. You can join and renew your membership of both Willow Wheelers Club and Cycling Ireland on the Cycling Ireland website.
The current Club subscription is €35 per adult member and €35 per student member. Full details on membership of the Willow Wheelers, eligibility criteria, cycling season, junior membership etc. is available on our membership page here.
Henceforth, both Willow Wheelers Club membership and Cycling Ireland membership will be on a calendar year basis. As a transition arrangement for anyone who has already renewed their 2022 Willow Wheelers Club membership after 1 September 2021, you can renew for the balance of your 2022 Club Membership on the Cycling Ireland website for €12. From 1 January 2023, all memberships will be on a calendar basis only.
Cycling Ireland membership is still crucial and a requirement for cycling members of our Club as it provides several benefits, including optional insurance cover for accidents and incidents when cycling. The full list of member benefits can be found on the Cycling Ireland website.
Cycling Ireland Fee Structure and our Recommendations
Cycling Ireland have several different classes of membership. Fees are reduced for members of affiliated cycling clubs so ensure when you manage your own CI membership that you chose Willow Wheelers Cycling Club as your cycling club. Your Cycling Ireland ‘license’ is individual to you and you must manage and pay for this yourself via the Cycling Ireland website.

In the event that your email address is already on the CI system and you do not have a password, which may be the case from previous years when we provided your details to CI, we suggest you follow the CI “forgot password” process.
