Easter Trip 2025: Flight update and final payment due by 18 February

Hi Willow Wheelers,

Our trip to Spain is approaching fast and we hope you are all looking forward to escaping to sunny Spain.  We are sending this update to advise you that we will require the balancing payment for the WW Easter Trip (13 – 19 April) by 18 Feb. and advise you of a slightly later return flight time.

Based on our numbers, the final payment will be €800 pp sharing or €1,028 pp for those who have already requested a single room (i.e. incl. €228 pp supplement). The amounts will be payable by Tuesday 18 February.  Please also note that you will need to have a current membership of Willow Wheelers Club and Cycling Ireland.

As we require additional details to complete the booking with the travel agent, please note that all final payments must be made using the “Pay with Card” link on the WW Spain Trip website post, which you can find HERE. Alternatively, you can complete the payment and form at the following link:

Ryanair has changed the return flight time, which will now leave Girona at 11pm (i.e. 1 hour 45 minutes later than previously advised).
