WW Easter Trip 2024 Meeting: 7:30pm on Thu 12 Oct. in Willow Cafeteria

Dear Willow Wheelers,

We are delighted to kick off our planning for our Club Easter 2024 trip to mainland Europe. A meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Thursday 12 October in Willow Park School Cafeteria to outline plans for the trip.

This year, we are planning to travel to a new region in Spain, previously not visited by Willow Wheelers. The dates for the trip are currently expected to be 23 – 29 March 2024, but the trip may be pushed out by 24 hours, depending on final flight availability.

Anyone interested in participating on the trip should attend or send a representative to the meeting. Names of interested participants will be taken immediately following the meeting. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Members who wish to join the trip will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of €300 (plus a €6 fee to cover payment processing costs) and a deadline together with payment details will be advised at the meeting.

As usual, the trip cost will vary, largely depending on number of participants, and remains subject to sufficient participation.
