WW Easter Trip 2023: Spain – update re. deposit confirmation request

Dear Willow Wheelers,

We are delighted with the response and enthusiasm for our WW 2023 Easter Trip. We currently have over 100 members confirmed.

We are now about the pay the deposit to secure the flights and need to ensure that everyone who has paid the €300 non-refundable is included. Hence, as we have limited access to bank statements, if anyone has paid the deposit but has not yet confirmed same directly to Christy McDaid, please send Christy a confirmation sms/WhatsApp by tomorrow (Thu 27 Oct.). The dates for the trip are now expected to be Sunday 2 to Saturday 8 April 2023. We will stay in Hotel Florida Park (www.hotelfloridapark.com/en/), a 4-star hotel in Santa Suzanna in the Costa Brava region in Spain. As previously noted, we plan to send our bicycles and luggage ahead in a lorry, as in previous years. Further details will follow in due course.
